I am having trouble viewing the video feeds.

Please try the following techniques for solving this problem before contacting us for further support:

AOL users please click here.

Please make sure that you are using one of the following web browsers to view our sites: Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 and 5.0, Netscape 3.0 and 4.0, Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 and 5.0, AOL 3.0 and 4.0 bit Version for Windows 95/98, Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 and 5.0.

If you are using one of these browsers, check the preferences of this browser and make sure that java is enabled.
If this does not solve the problem, it could simply be a case of the internet backbone we are being provided our bandwidth with being down temporarily. Try refreshing your page, and if this does not work please try back in a few minutes to see if the service has been restored.

Some feeds or downloadable mpegs/AVIs may need a plugin to be viewed:

  • VIVO Player - If you are trying to view a VIVO feed, you need the VIVO plugin.
  • AVI viewer - If you are having problems viewing AVI files in our downloadable mpegs section, please download this plugin. If you still have problems after this please contact our member support team, which will be happy to accomodate you.
  • Windows Media Player 7.1 - For all of our MPEG files you must use the Windows Media Player. The latest version, 7.1, can be downloaded here.
